Yesterday evenings 'walk.......
...........takes along the Erith footpath, where I can at least peer into the River (Thames that is!)
No sooner had something caught my eye, than an eye had caught me, in the shape of a PC. I really wasn't very interested, but they can't resist having their picture taken with me.

Mummer was impressed ......the first ferry crossing at this point was in 1199 AD. Not sure that the sign itself will last that many days!
